We have a 14-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and in its original, unopened packaging. Receipts or proof of purchase is also required. Refunds are possible if only samples are used, but refunds are not possible after using the product.

Refund
